Who We Are

About WYLD Program

WYLD Program is the Western Youth Leadership Development Program built to prepare young men for life. Founded on the belief that today's youth need more than textbooks — they need mentorship, structure, and real-world skills — WYLD provides a proven path to leadership and personal responsibility.

Our Mission

The Western Youth Leadership Development (WYLD) Program exists to produce capable leaders, responsible citizens, and strong contributors to their families and communities. In a time when many young men lack direction and mentorship, WYLD steps in to provide discipline, accountability, and purpose.

At WYLD, you won't just sit in a classroom — you'll learn by doing. Participants gain real-life skills that most schools don't teach: how to manage money, start a business, understand taxes, communicate effectively, and take responsibility for their decisions.

Alongside business and leadership education, participants also take part in outdoor challenges that build resilience, teamwork, and mental strength.

We believe strong nations are built by strong individuals. When young men are equipped with discipline, work ethic, and leadership skills, they grow into fathers, business owners, mentors, and community leaders.

Why WYLD

What Makes WYLD Different

Our Mentors

Led by Those Who've Served

WYLD Program participants are mentored by active and former members of America's most elite military units. These men don't just talk about leadership — they've lived it under pressure, in the field, when it mattered most.

They bring that experience directly to your son — passing on the discipline, decision-making, and character that can't be found in any textbook.

Our Vision

Our vision is to build a generation of strong, disciplined, and capable young men who are prepared to lead in business, family life, and their communities.

We aim to create a movement where young men grow into responsible leaders who value service, integrity, and personal responsibility. Through the WYLD Program, we envision communities strengthened by capable individuals, families supported by responsible fathers and leaders, and a culture that values discipline, hard work, and leadership once again.

At WYLD, we are investing in the next generation — not just to succeed personally, but to contribute to something greater than themselves. By building capable young men who understand leadership, responsibility, and hard work, we are helping create a stronger, more prepared future — one leader at a time.
